"Edificio Las Maravillas 400" is a modern apartment complex, situated in the quiet Spanish quarter of La Herradura, only 5 mins walk to the beach. There is a good selection of
restaurants, Spanish bars, supermarkets, bakery, banks, newsagents, medical services and a fresh food market each morning.
Our 2 storey apartment, sleeping 6 - 8 people comfortably, is equipped to a high standard, comprising of a spacious kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc, a large lounge/diner and two bathrooms both with bath and shower over. There
are 3 bedrooms, one twin and two doubles with the second bedroom opening out onto a balcony. The downstairs BBQ/terrace area has table and chairs, ideal for dining outdoors.
La Herradura, situated on the Costa Tropical and named for its magnificent horseshoe bay, is a quiet predominately Spanish town
approx 45-50 mins drive from Malaga/Granada airports and is an ideal place for fishing, scuba diving and other water sports.
La Herradura lies between the popular resort of Nerja and slightly larger town of Almunecar, which has a fantastic weekly market and shopping area.

Nerja, most famous for its historic caves and panoramic views, also hosts numerous golf courses, whilst Almunecar, only 5 kms
away, offers more shops and amenities, including a waterpark and castle.
The ski slopes (Nov - Apr) in the Sierra Nevada mountain range are approx 1 hours drive away.
Marina del Este, a moderate-sized sports port with around 220 moorings, is a popular venue with restaurants, bars and shops.
